It is upon the direct handling of customers for the purpose of addressing the above consumer needs that shoe fitters come into play. Conducting shoe-fitting that matches the consumer’s feet and requirements and offering “fitting” advice regarding foot comfort, test walking and likewise elements represent both the role and responsibility of a shoe fitter.
